I had a tire issue on my rental car last week and stopped by in desperation for quick help. Even though it was after hours and he was cleaning up broken glass from the storm, he opened his garage and filled my tire for me. It might seem like a small thing to some but it helped me so much and I really appreciated it. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Cougar is my go-to for all of my car issues. I’ve spent more time there than I’d like to admit, but each time the team has been absolutely awesome. Super personable, understanding, and communicative. I’d highly recommend Cougar for Provo Services, I’ve been treated extremely well and can’t imagine going anywhere else! Jose did a great job and made sure my car was taken care of while he fixed her up! Kaylee and Jay are the best, super professional and personable. Seriously - go to Cougar Tire & Auto. You wont regret it!

I had been losing air in a tire for a few weeks.. stopped in here with no appointment to see if they could help. They were quick to get me in, nice, and found a huge nail in the tire.. got it fixed and ready to go in under and hour. Definitely recommend.. they are kind, not pushy, and willing to help.

Very helpful and informative! They would get on my level and explain things to me in a way that was understandable. I had an expensive fix where my turbo was needing for a replacement and they are doing everything that can help me because it was such an Unexpected expense

I don’t write reviews often, but this shop absolutely deserves it. They’ve taken such great care of me and my vehicle every single time, and that kind of consistency is hard to find. What really stands out to me is that they don’t cut corners. They use quality, name-brand parts—not cheap substitutes—and you can feel the difference in how your vehicle runs afterward. That alone tells you a lot about the kind of business they are. But even more important is the people. They’re honest, straightforward, and you can tell they truly care. I’ve never felt taken advantage of or second-guessed any work they’ve recommended. That level of trust means everything. It’s rare to find a shop you feel this comfortable going to, and I’m genuinely grateful I found them. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place they can trust
